(More customer reviews)I ordered the "2 pack" and within days received 1 of the 2 filter cartridges. After an overseas phone conversation, I was told to return that 1 cartridge with absolute assurances that the proper "2 pack" would be sent. A couple of days later, I received the other 1 of the 2 filter cartridges. Had I kept the first I would have the "2 pack" originally ordered, but that was not an option. I returned that one also.
I don't know how Amazon screws this up but they do. I saw in the reviews that this had happened, but once it was brought to their attention, I assumed it had been corrected.
My money was refunded, with a bonus credit for my trouble, but I've not made another purchase to confirm.
Save your self some aggravation and don't risk buying the "2 pack" here.
