(More customer reviews)As shown in the picture the filter comes with the black plastic base part.Its doesnt. It only comes with the white paper part.My Handvac needs the whole thing together.The paper part doesnt unscrew from the base.This is like false advertisement. Dont buy unless you only need the paper part.Very disapointed and now have to go through return process or just loose the money.
