(More customer reviews)I purchased this for a 24' pool. It circulates much better than the pump that came with the pool and it works better for cleaning the pool. I use it with a saltwater chlorine generator and the pool is pretty much maintenance free now except for occasional cleaning of the bottom, changing filters and adding acid occasionally (although we really don't worry about that too much).
Haven't had it long enough to determine durability.

This is a REPLACEMENT unit ONLY with a timer that can be set for 2-4-6-8 or 12 hours. This includes the pump, 1 filter cartridge and the owners manual. Designed for Intex pools w/ 6000 gallons capacity and larger pool with 1-1/2" hose connections. Not recommended for non-intex pools due to possible compatibility issues. 1 year Intex factory warranty only.
