(More customer reviews)As far as the product goes, this was an actual Culligan brand, just like the ad said, and this purchase was direct from Amazon. My prior filter purchase was from a reseller who said I'd get a Culligan, but what I got the previous time wasn't.
I got the free shipping, and I guess you get what you pay for. It was free. There was no visible activity via online shipping tracking for a few days, then all of a sudden the package was in my hometown. It would at least make us think we're happier if there was more feedback earlier, but hey, it was free, right?
