(More customer reviews)I purchased 2 "Unicel C-4950 Spa Filter" but when they arrived they were a completely different brand (Pleatco). The quality is lower than that of the Unicel and I thought that I was getting a good deal on them. I looked very carefully on the site and there was no mention that they were substituting what I ordered with something else. I even spoke with someone over the phone at thepartsbiz about the order to find out when it was shipping (it took 7 days from when I ordered them) and they didn't tell me about the "substitution" (AKA- bait & switch). This is not only an unethical practice, but illegal too.
Also, they didn't respond to my call or multiple emails to resolve the issue.
